Casa Volcan is situated conveniently at the gateway to the Chiriqui mountain town of Volcan.

We currently have two rooms with ensuite bathrooms for rent. The rates are $35 a night. Breakfast is continental style ,coffee, tea, toast and cereal. If you wish a full cooked breakfast we will drive you to our nearby favourite restaurant and include at no extra charge, the local delight of two eggs, bacon and Hojaldre (sort of a puff pastry ) plus coffee. Here you can meet the local ex-pat community and your future neighbours and friends.

Satellite TV and free hi-speed Internet The home features DirectTV satellite television with CNN and BBC plus many English language programs. We have in-house high-speed Internet which guests are free to use.

The house has one large patio and a smaller one off the south bedroom. For the more adventurous you can climb the hill at the back of the property, on most mornings it is possible to see the Baru Volcano and Pacific Ocean.

Free local guided tour For stays of two days or more we will take guests on a free sight seeing tour of the local attractions. (Cerro Punta, Sitio Barriles, airport etc.)

Local information We at Casa Volcan also edit and run yourpanama.com so we can provide a host of information for prospective retirees on where to buy, rent and what facilities are available. Airport pick-up We can pick up and drop off guests from David airport for a charge of $25..
